Completely unlocked and unbranded Motorola V3i RAZR. Complete with:

Charger
64mb Transflash and adapter
Data cable
Phone Tools CD-ROM
There is a small scratch on one side of the lid but its hardly noticable, the screens are unmarked as is the rest of the phone.
