I have a K750i and just bought a 1gb Sony Pro Duo card. Is there a better MP3 player than the one on the K750i ? Is it worth flashing to the K800 firmware?

I have a ipod already - but its about carrying too many damm devices. I see people had done a flash on the W800 and was wondering why people had bothered - was there something better in the walkman mp3 software that was better than k750i
So far I have found if you want a number of songs on a random / playlist selection its fine. if you want to start getting all clever its a pain and ipod is better.

You can flash the Sony Ericsson K750i to a Sony Ericsson K800? Does it change the resolution? And does it allow camera conversations?

Thanks, KLG2992- Kevin

Kevin, although I don't have the official word on this, I still think I could very, very safe in saying that such a flashing opperation would be completely impossible.

Besides, the K800 only has a skinned version of the Walkman 1.0 player (which is found on the W800), so you'd be better off just flashing the K750 up to the W800 for music capabilities using Da Vinci (the music player here has improved significantly over the K750).

You will of course loose functionality of the Activity Menu, but if you primarily want music, then it's the way to go.
