On phones like D500/600 they ahve cool effects like scetch ect... is there an aplication or anything which can make this possible on
phones?

Just start scanning through the K700 photo thread and there should be some tips for you. Otherwise just upgrade to the latest firmware as there are always small improvements in each firmware upgrade.
