I saw SYNCHRONIZE in my SE700i but i dont know what it means nor how it works, even after reading the instruction manual. Can anyone pls break it down for me. Thanks in advance.

phone menu "synchronize" is for remote server synchronizing, don't touch it.
if you would like to synchronize it with your computer (outlook contacts etc) you need SE's Sync Station software.
you can download it from SE website.
First synchronizing takes a lot of time, but from then its fast.
