is that normal that when listen mp3 in media player(k750) the sound cannot be louder?
when i record my voice and listen back its very low even i cannot hear my voice that i recorded(i dont think is the mic problem...the caller can hear my voice even i whispering)

look for software info, then on the first line, you can find your firmware version.

if its not R1AA008 or R1BC002 or R1CA021 then you need an update.

My firmware is R1BC002 but the volume during playing of tunes is not loud enough.

But the tunes in my K750i are very well heard when someone calls or sends me messages.

My then K608i sounds louder when playing tunes.

Tune your Equalizer MANUALLY! if this cant help.. you can throw your phone already

.. try it.. Tune it until you get the best LOUD thats fit with your ear haha..

i did it and it works
