> P990i - Best Deal On Contract!
Bookmark topic
Well this may be rather premature but i thought i would create this thread for people who are thinking of getting the P990i on contract.
I was just wondering if there are many good pre-release deals around yet? This phone is going to be pretty expensive so i have decided to cut the cost hopefully by around half by getting a contract again.
Just wanted to see what people (mainly who work in the industry) think will be the most likely kind of deals once it is released. I was thinking maybe it will be around £200-£250 on a £30 per month plan?
Your thoughts?

Nice idea Miss C
Personally i think paying £30 - £35 a month on a new contract the P990i should be available at around £99 - £150 !!!
Hopefully it will be cheaper but we never know.
Sim free must be between £400 - £550 ?

Don't think i'll go for it sim free at that price, i want to know what offer O2 will have as there's should have minimal branding!

Really i would be very happy if it was around that price, it is hard to judge at the moment. I personally will be looking for the following on 02:
200-500 anytime/any network minutes
300-500 text messages
It is hard to find any decent contract were you get more than 300 messages per month.
I am keeping a look out at prices but i suppose there are subject to change and not many places have many deals at the moment.

Anyone know which network providers wont be providing the P990?
Play.com's sim free is a bit steep for me, a poor student

, so i was thinking i would get the p990 as a replacement for my k750i in a month when the contract is up, but obviously i will have to put a bit 'o cash toward it !!
I remember when i used to post here there was a thread about how to talk network providers into giving you a better deal when your renewal came up with the threat of cancelation....i dont seem to be able to find it though. Could someone help me?
cheers

I will be going with 02 without a doubt orange do have some good deals at the moment but their branding is a huge turn off for me.
If i can get 200+ minutes and 300+ messages for £30 per month i will be happy, hopefully without the phone costing to much. You always seem to get deals which offer more minutes than txts and i hardly ever call people so it would be abit wasteful.
