Hey, I just bought a T300, what do I write in the mail prefs ? incoming must be somthing like mail.provider.com and outgoing smtp.provider.com and what about the ports ??

You just write what the mail provider says.
The ports are standard for the most of the time. That is, you dont have to change the pre settings in the phone.

Have you tried http://www.sonyericsson.com - they have email configurators, that will set ip up for you, all you need is an ISP
