There is no problem at all with SEUS. Everything is question of CDA and IMEI of your phone ;D

i'm interested to know tho..is software all the difference between the k750i and k750c? can you flash a k750c-labeled phone with k750i firmware much like k600 and k608?

Yes you can flash I to C and C to I of course. Is same hardware. Exactly like with K600 and K608 ;D
