Does any 1 know a good video cutter?

I want to cut a part of a video.Plz help urgently.

you don't need software to edit the videos though. all you have to do is put the file on your phone and then go to and select more, then go to edit and you can trim it from there.

What type of file is it? That would allow others to give you better advice. Just saying you need to cut a video does not help. There are many file types out there.
