Anyone got the Active Sync software to work?
I've installed it and entered the info for my acount, server name and domain. I click verify and it seems to find the server .. the "accept ssl certificate" appears and it starts syncing with the server.
Then I get an error message and the log says that connection was refused by the server.
Any ideas? The firewall has port 80 and 443 enabled as well as POP3 and IMAP.

I know this sounds like a silly question but do you have MS Exchange 2003 with push email working? Have you tried it on another phone that supports push email? Just need to rule out the obvious
Also I have the option of using a secure server or not, I chose not to use SSL for now anyway as I need to install the certficate.

I still can't get my M600i to sysnc to mail2web using ActiveSync.

Anyone got any good ideas how to fix it ?
Do I need any special certificates or such to make this work ?

Ok... did some investigation around the web.... FINALLY someone else has come up with an answer. Seems that the problem is the Internet account I have been using. O2 payAndGo. This does not work.
You need contract account with O2 and set profile to mobile....etc rather than wap......etc
(It appears that there are restrictions on pay and go access system )
Why do I stay on this O2 service?....... time to change..

It does not work for me either and I have a full account with my provider. Config seems ok but the mail2web server returns error (httpErrServerConnectFailed).
And all this because IMAP Idle does not work reliably on the M600i.
