Heyy
a Co-worker of mine has a question for me. her sister met a guy in the UK somewhere, and she lives in the US, and wanted to know the easiest way to make international calls. Can she get a calling card? If so, can she use it on her mobile? if so, how does that work? no minutes are taken away form her plan?
also, if anyone in the US knows, what providers allow international calling? If they all do, who is the best and cheapest?
any help will be greatly appreciated! thanks!

I know its not what you asked for, but if the guy in the UK wants to call her in the US, he could check this web-site for the cheapest UK>US provider:
http://callchecker.moneysavingexpert.com/intcallchecker/
Currently the cheapest is 0p/min or 0.5p/min
