help my phone went blank .... wont turn on at all ... battery good , sim card good , phone clean is it a software prob and is there a manual reset technique i could try .. urgent

hi wen this happened to me i took it back to cpw the next day and they gave me a new 1
but if i was you id search for (white screen of death) that was what i did @ first but it didnt work
