turn on the IR-function of your T68i and keep both infraredeyes in sight... it worked for me

It won't work if your IRDA is off. To turn it on go into your BIOS and switch it to ON.

I did not have to do any settings. Win XP automatically detected my T39 with the IR turned on and activated the IR port on my laptop ...
