My phone started playing up the other day, it actually crashed, so I reset as you do....then a few days later the joystick has a stroke and now only the left and down work....great but thats not all the zoom/volume button on the side no longer works.
So i thought it must be dust just like my old K700i unfortunetly not, i used an air duster got right in under the joystick and blasted it. That did not work, so i thought there is no harm in giving it a full reset, that didnt work. So i flashed it to the lastest firmware, that did not work.
And now that i had already give it a hard reset, i can no longer turn the volume up so i can hardly hear the thing anymore.
Ah what to do.....Im taking it to an o2 repair centre this morning (got a month left on my warranty) now they will do one of 2 things, either try and fix that one or in most cases give me a recon...
I will update and let everyone know what they say as this seems to be a common problem...or if anyone knows some other trick let me know.
Update: Well took it down and they said it could be dust, yeah right.
anyway they are sending it Norwich be repaired...

if the fone acts this way, imo its hw bug. but u got warranty, so they should give u a new k750, if it is.
