What all video formats supported by Sony Ericsson phones? Is there any software to convert the video from pc to phone format, so that we can play it on phone.

Like in Symbian phone there SMART MOVIE for conversion of video format, please tell me a best software for conversion.

SUPER is I think Best 4 a Beginner in Coverting.
Sony Ericsson Media Studio Is Also Good.

.3gp uses h263 for Video and Amr for Sound
.mp4 uses Mpeg4/h264 for video and aac for Sound.

On the whole mp4 is good. in Video as well as sound Quality.
