I plan to buy a backup phone (k750? w800? others) and I want to confirm this- I believe some K600's released had CID36, the others had CID49,

Or is the CID defined completely independent of the firmware? tia

one last question, though-

do all K750's come in CID36, or do the latter batches come in anything other than CID36? (i ask because i intend to use the FAR plugin, which currently only supports CID36 units)
