Hi! If i convert a video to 3gp or MP4 using Nokia Multimedia Converter, will i be able to play the file in my W550? Thanks!

yes, but only to 3GP, which is not quite as nice as MP4. sniff around with google for MP4 conversion tools. i think there's a thread out here somewhere about conversion tools as well
