Hi everyone,
Right well i went to my pre application seminar today at Merseyside Headquarters and have got my application form to fill in. It was very helpful and i have a couple of weeks to fill it in if i want to get to the next stage.
I was just wondering if anybody here is in the police that can provide some tips for me i got alot at this seminar but everything helps so any advice people could give would be great. If you do not wish to post here and want to keep your profession private please send me a pm in the strictness confidence.
Please please post proper replies in here this is a serious time for me so not really looking for people to spam this thread.

@Leeboy i am just looking to find out more about the role play exercises you have to do and the structured interview there the two things that i am most anxious about.
Also looking for information as to what examples to use for the compentency questions in the application, i have a few ideas but just want to clarify some things.
Thanks for the comments @Mass and @JN much appreciated lets hope i get invited to the assessment centre, keep all your fingers and toes crossed.

Thank you very very much i just want to make sure i get this application form spot on as the competency questions are what getted marked and allow you to move to stage 2. If i fail this form i cannot re-apply for 6 months so it has to be right.
I have started to answer each question and just wanted somebody in the know to have a look over them when i am finished and give feedback. I will also be going to my local station for advice and to see what they think of my answers aswell.
As they say every little helps and this means more to me than anything.
