My PC is running incredibly slow and i need to completely restore it
is this possible? It runs windows XP, ive tried system restore but it
doesnt do the job
Please, any help would be great

my pc came with a disk to do what you want to do, im not sure every pc does though. is there one that came with yours?

If you have a disk that will reset the computer to how it was when it left the factory. If you home built the computer and used an oem disk then you need to boot the xp disk then format/install xp again. Some computers have the disk on the computer and there is a tool to burn it to a cd.
