hi,
i have a problem on my W800I and i dont know what to do.
when i disconnect the USB cable that i got with the phone,
the computer Restarts.
-the cable are fine: i cheked with my brother's cable also.
-the phone are good: i pluged it into my brother's comp'
-the USB connection is good: i cheked on every connection.
i think it's something on the computer that makes him fall off.
please help me! TNX, zch.

You should not unplug the cable directly, first you need to remove it from selecting at the taskbar. then this will not happen.

when you connect the USB cable, there should appear an icon in the taskbar with a green arrow. right click on it to remove the cable safely. cheers
