Right as some of you members right now a while back I was suffering from rather bad insomnia. Its starting to come back again and I don't know how or why I can sort it. Along with this I am getting distracted really easily, in fact right now is a distraction, I shold be revising but havent touched the books in the last 2 days...

It was never really sorted it just kind of fadded then came back and it keeps on doing it again.

tough one mate, would say wait till after your exams are done then see but obviously u dont wanna be tired for your exams!
i get times where i cant sleep too, they normally last a week or so then go, nothings changes before they happen so guess its just one them things, for me at least.
youve probably tried everything under the sun already but just to make sure ill suggest maybe getting some exercise, i find i sleep better after ive had a good workout down the gym (maybe an hour or so).

yeh I enjoy a good session in the gym and it makes me feel batter although doenst really waer me out even if I go for a 20 min run on a fast jogging speed.
Problem is im also distracted allotand it seems to be for no good reason, I havent done one bit of revision today and my next exam is tomorrow. Im pretty screwed

i sit myself down to revise start doing some notes then i will just get distracted by either needing a drink, the toilet or just getting up and checking summit on the PC

The only revision i've done for these exams, are look at one past paper outside the exam hall for each exam

Not quite sure how i'm gonna get into uni, but I just realised I earned more than my dad in the last year and I don't even have a job... so i'm not gonna beat myself up about it
As for the sleep... do what I do... dont eat right before going to bed, but have a realllllly hot shower for like 30mins before, I do this everynight now, really tires me out. And also when your in bed don't think of anything, focus on your breathing... air going in...out of your lungs, that'll put you to bed.
