One of my friends Sony Ericsson phone is under manufacturer warranty, just 4months old, all of a sudden dead, dunno why. Sony Ericsson service center promised to replace it.
Now my question is, They should replace each and everything, i mean phone, battery, data cable, handsfree, etc and everything that came in box. and give me a brand new sealed box packed????
OR
they will only replace the phone (without battery)???
Please advise me guys, so that he can claim as full replacement.

I do not know where you got that from but Nokia only replaces the phone. Why should they replace the cables, chargers, batteries etc....? If the battery is broken damaged or not functional do you think they should replace the phone as well? The same can be said of the cables and included software. Be realistic.
As for your friend, did you or he ever consider: 1. Reading the manual and seeing what it says about repairs, replacements, returns. 2. Calling SE and speaking to customer service?
The time it took for you to create an account here on Esato, and then post a question, get an answer, you could have had your info direct from the source. Use your head dude.
