i have a really strange problem with my p910.

first i wake to find that my beloved phone had deemed fit to perform a master reset in my sleep - deleting all my contacts. and now my battery meter reads zero even after i charge it fully - phone still works fine and for the same amount of time - just got no idea how much battery is left!

anyone here got the same problem with the battery meter?

i think that in your situation, format internal disk is a must (and if you don`t have the newest firmware - upgrade) - it`s clean anyway.

yeah i think i will be upgrading the firmware. lucky i have a few spare batteries lying around - one of which solved the prob - one didn't?? very strange.

i just find it strange that this seems to be a rare problem yet it has happened to me twice. once with my p910 the other day and again a year or so ago with my first p900. i wonder if its something i'm doing? the ony constant in both cases is my c**p PC running ME - dont know how that could be the cause tho?

i guess we will never Know...

my p910 once presented me with the batt meter problem.i.e, it stated 0% (think it was 3% or something though to be precise)..suffice to say it was completely incorrect.as above quite rightly says;an internal format and removal and re-insertion of the battery 2 or 3 times will undoubtedly remedy the problem.br.
