ok guys.. i start-up this kind of topic cause i ran out of idea how actually is the best way to gain weight.. any tips will do, quick or slow process(but mostly prefer quick ) so guys, feel free to post your opinion

You mean you want to bulk up? Eat more proteins and do low reps with high weights. One to two sets.

E.g. the maximum weight you can lift with 8-10 repititions!

not quite sounds like bulk up though, just grow some meat under your skin will do.. just to look a bit bigger size didnt planning to lift somethin until those 6 pack comin out though

But generally some people cannot put weight on becuase of their high metabolisum...


I thing tho mate, how old are you, coz i now when i was under 20 i found it almost impossible to put weight on... Now i can if i aint careful.... What i mean is there was a time when i felt like you and now i wish i could go back to then

Anyway, if you eat meat - chicken and fish are excellent sources of protein.... If your a vegi then you can eat soya, nuts (or as my GF's dad calls it - squirral sh!t..... tut tut! (im a vegi by the way )

Hope this helps... not taking teh mickey but id also recommend 'Sly moves' the book by silvester stalone (rocky )... he offers you soem great advise about what to eat, how to train.. everything - highly recommended

thx for the info mate, i heard lots of stuff about the high metabolisum that stopped you from gaining weight.. but if thats true, then just let it be im actually 19 years old.. and my weight only 5+kg (im sure u laughing rite now ) and height is about 178cm.. its not balance thx again lee & miss corp for the info.. keep it coming guys, sure a lot of tips out there!

agree that mate! drink beer will really gain your tummy weight like a pregnant woman (sry for my spelling) but smoke i guess will make you even skinnier thx for the info mate!

Nah, you wont but, i see what you mean mate, what kind of things do you eat.... Try eating plenty of chicken (breast is better), and lots of fish (not kipper tho, coz it stinks)..... I know i said this, but its hard to advise too much because its different for every different person...

Also regular meals will help (lots of good size meals rather than one big one)...

It sounds liek to me that drinking two protein shakes a day will help (this is on top of your normal diet) make sure you get your vitimins and iron tho (i do this by eating tablets because its hard for a vegitarian to get somethings)...

sorry to say this again but i really aint a book man but that 'Sly moves' one is so good, it'll even tell you all about the various diets out there....

whats your diet contist of

@QuickShare™ : The best way to put on weight is to eat hydogenated Fats; Eat enough and dont exercise at all, and be assured it all goes under your skin.
