Bought a nokia n80 from a member here almost 2 weeks ago. The phone was meant to be 3 days old, turns out to be over a month old. It came without pc suite or headphones which it was meant to have in it. It was bought locked to orange, but i was told i would get the unlock code 7 days from when the deal was done. I paid 285 which included the 20 unlock fee. Its now changed to 14 days. Very little feedback from the seller when texted. I am really unhappy, it is the worst deal i have had on here. I wont name names yet, but i feel a refund would be fair under the circumstances, not to mention the battery now does not charge all this on a phone i have not been able to use yet! What do you guys think on this? Would appreciate any advice, thanks.

id be asking for a refund asap mate

If the phone is not how discribed (older as stated by you - thats bad) but whats worse in my opinion is you didnt even get everything you were suppost to...

Does suck mate, hope you and the seller come to a happy decision

If there's no co-operation the Most effective thing to do is to make a thread about this in the general section, and name the user. They'll sort anything ASAP to keep their reputation in tact.

And for an expensive phone like that i'd make a thread now mate.

Well i texted him but no reply yet, he doesnt give the impression that a refund is an option. Would help if i was refunded enough to get a battery and headphones. Every time i ask about the headphones i never get an answer about them.
