when i transfer songs into my phone- it automatically places some songs in unknown folder. im trying to move the songs into the right artist using the cable connector to the computer but it wont let me drag and drop or change folder names.
- how do i do it correctly in the least amount of time and work ??? anyone.

Why don't you first try to update your song's information by using WMP. because if you are using disc2phone as a transfer program, it doesn't use the file name to organize the songs but the tags that the file contains

you can also change the tags directly on the music file. click properties , then in the second tab, put advanced options, and there you can modify it
