Try checking the sony ericsson website.I saw it yesterday.On the review they say you can even convert a DVD and watch it on the phone and you don't need additional software installed on phone.You use the built-in media player to watch your movies.I just forgot the name of the software,l'll check for you and maybe give you a link.It's not free though!

It's called Sony Ericsson Media Studio and they say is better than smartmovie or otherwise you can just cut to the chase and get yourself Smartmovie from Lonely cat.

Forget about using the buildt in player for movies, it chokes om large files.

Get yourself SmartMovie, it's the best solution currently available and the latest version plays full 24fps movies on the PXXX.

Yeah as Peter321 states, SmartMovie is the best available plus has a fairly decent converter. (though I get much better result encoding manually)
