> W800i Unlock Procedure? Help!

I'm trying to unlock my w800i and following the process giving to me by Vodafone, which is
but nothing is happening (expecting an unlock menu)
Tried it after powering up the phone at the start phone/music only menu and also at the Insert SIM screen.
Any help really would be appreciated.

do it with your sim card in and choose start phone and it should be fine

Tried your advice and I get to a personalize menu with two options:
1) Network
2) Network subset
When I select network it gives me two two options: MNC2 and MNC3
not sure what these are... selecting MNC2 and it asks for the NSCK is this where I enter the NUC code? (i've tried it once only and it said wrong code).
