4GB?? i was not aware they have got them out, good to hear they have! I have been looking to get a bigger one then my 2GB one, and at that price on Ebay sounds too good not to get one.
If no one posts in the next few days will let you know what it;s like as I am off to get one now

they're available in Chinese and Japanese markets,
they will work with k750/w800 and above,
some might not work, I had two sony ones one gave me issues (restarted sometimes) while the other worked like a charm, but I had the same problem with a 1 gb stick so no worries

I got a 4GB SanDisk Pro Duo stick which I use in my Sony Cybershot W100.
I got it from here
http://www.mymemory.co.uk/SanDisk
Just a little info for people in the UK. That company is in Jersey so you dont pay VAT. Just like play.com really there the same, thats why the cheaper prices.

All Phones from the K750 on that use MS Duo pro can theoretically use 4GB, (but not the P910 - tops out at 2GB due to using fat16). K750, W800, W810, W900 have been tried and work by various reviewers that I know of. Presumably W700 also.
