Has anyone else found range a problem ??

i don't think the range will be a problem.
what phone are you using? and what firmware does it have?

you have quite an old phone. if you can spair it for a few weeks. enter it in a Se service point have its firmware updated and your BT connection will be much smoother, with much to no drop outs.
keep in mind that you'll lose every info on your T610, so do a backup before the update

On further investigation I have found that the 'phone screen asks for the voice name and the handsfree icon appears up the top end of the screen but thr 'phone refuses to call the requested number.

I have reset both the bluetooth headset and the 'phone but it still refuses to work as all other functions are working fine.

Unfortunately no service centres near my area so I suppose I will have to upgrade which I am loathe to do as I love this little baby!!

I think it's the phone's firmware. The headset is very good but the battery suck.Mine never cuts out even in 10 meters! This message was posted from a WAP device
