2. Settings:
- basic -
Output containter: MP4
Output video codec: XViD
Output audio codec: AAC
- video -
320x240 - video scale size
4:3 - aspect
25 frame/sec
240 bitrate kbps
"hi quality" options
- audio -
22050 sampling frequency
2 channels
64 bitrate

And encode... put to memory stick and enjoy. I've tested these settings myself, video quality is awesome, so is sound. No lag AT ALL. I'll do bit tweaking on sound soon, stay tuned

dude it'll slightly change, for every single thing - for example if the video file that you put into it is actually smaller (e.g. the bitrate is lower than that in the example when changing), then if you try and make the bitrate higher, then there is no way that you wont have any distortion etc - you CANNOT make a better video, from a video that is bad...the best quality of a video is the original! (unless its bad at very big, then you can make it alot smaller and it might look a bit better...but you get what i mean)
also...good luck mate, i havent tryed super again...only tryed quickly a while ago...wouldnt mind being able to have better quality than that of the horrendous quality made from nokia multimedia converter!

I'm talking about converting TV episodes/movies, which are of course, good quality. Converting them to mobile phone standard is best as possible. Not the original quality, but you won't notice on mobile phone.
