Hi all i've bought K510i two days ago and the phone is awesome specially the camera its really great but the strangest thing is that the battery drains so fast ! today I charged the battery till it got fully charged at 3 PM and this is not my first charge and i kept using the phone for messages and short calls , i talked with the phone for 33 mins and sent like 127 messages and took some pics and 1 video and its 20 secs and the battery is at 40% !!! after 10 hours only ! so is it the phone firmware or the battery ? and thanks

After all this activity you might find that the battery level rises above 40% if you check it again after 5 mins. I find my battery meter on my W800i will drop quite rapidly after a call or lots of screen activity. And, for example, if I check it straight after the level may be at 27% and then 5 mins later its back above 50%. Plus if you've got Bluetooth leave it off (if k510 has it)

The gauge on the battery icon ideally should show 'real time' results, not like a 'hyperbola' which show gauges up and down after the fone was heavily used (eg: calls) or what

The same here. When I browese the net or send an e-mail it really sucks the battery dry, but after I am done and check 15min later the battery has recovered.

Maybe you didn't charge the battery properly the first time for long enough. The phone may have said it was fully charged, but you're meant to keep charging.
