any idea, anyone how to "install/replace" the font used in new SE phones?

You can find those themes here:

I think the new font is "Trebuchet MS" size 10 and the old one is Arial 10 , both bold.

Which fone do the screenshots belong to? 1st screen looks like K800, while 2nd one seems lyk a regular K/W series.

i'm guessing you can't, guessing that the top theme and the bottom themes are for different phones, and when you make the theme, it will use the phone's original font. at least that's for the non-pda phones.
