wot money have you paid for your handset?

you can cancel your contract within 1st 14 days of recieving your handset. or if you want to cancel your order, you can do that by calling o2.

ok i payed £229.99 for my handset! i havent recieved it yet as they say it isnt in stock! i am going to ring o2 2mora and cancel my order! will they refund the full amount to my credit card?

yes ofcourse you'l get a refund. You purchased an item, which is not in stock, the money most likely will be refunded to your card 14 days later from the time you cancel, or it will be sent out as a cheque to you.
