Hi all

I've got R1AA008 and want to upgrade the firmware. I've installed SEUS, rebooted a couple of times.

SEUS tells me to remove the SIM, put the battery back, hold down C and attach the USB cable. So I do that, but the phone does nothing, just sits there telling me to insert sim.

There's nothing wrong with the USB cable - I can easily transfer files with it.

What am I doing wrong?

After holding C, Windows will install Flash Driver and USB drivers-at least 6 wizard pop ups appears. Install them, then turn off your phone, start SEUS from the beginning. Good luck..

Update - couldn't get it to work at the time, but then tried again just before xmas and it worked fine.

Sony software, eh?
