hi

im having trouble when charging my k750i, when i plug it in, the red light comes up at the top, and that is, nothing else happens, i tried using my usb, but that results in nothing happening.

i dont know what the problem is, i have a feeling it could be the charger. I have a UK charger, how many gold pins come out of a normal UK charger. As i think one of mine may be snapped off. But, would this result in it not being charged by the USB?

thanks

If it fails to charge via usb as well as mains then it sounds that it is probably a problem with the phone. Is it still under warrenty?

My best suggestion is to get a small pencil eraser to clean the contacts on the phone.

Try charging the k750i without the sim. If it charges ok then somehow you have a dodgy sim/.
