> SE V800/Z800 CDA problem

I just received my SE v800(vodafone) unlocked and converted to Z800 (by chinese seller forr free).
Since i'am currently live in US (T_MOBILE USA carrier) I am thinking about upgrading language pack from apac1 to EMEA2 (croatian)
is it possibe just to upgrade lan.pack without software urgrede? my phone is already on R1AB014 formware.
Another thing is when i go to servise screen i get strange number for my CDA.
