I bought my K700i from ebay a couple of months ago, I have recently been told that the keypad should light up.
Is there any way I can fix it?

the display backlight is working, right? try to flash it with the last fw, might its its just a fw bug.

Yes, the screen lights up no problem. Could you please explain what you mean by "try to flash it with the last fw"

maybe its a fw ( firmware ) problem, so if u flash it ( upload the last fw ), then its solved. or its a hw ( hardware 9 problem, then it should be repaired.

Firmware problem? This is probably goingto sound a little silly, but I am not at all technologially minded - How do I upload the last firmware?

well u can can do it online ( if u have dss25 deskcharger ) on the se website, in a mobile shop or in se service center. where are u from?
