I have recently bought a K750i and have found that the Star key (*) does not work. I have change the keypad and still the same result.
I am not sure whether it is a connection that has broken or maybe a software problem?
Please help!!

I doubt that this could be a software problem. Only solution would be to take it to the authorised SE service center and get it repaired by them.

No because k4m!k4ze is right.....
