My iMac states that the M600 is not compatible with iSync.
Any ideas on what to do? My P910 had no problems so I assumed this wouldn't either.

It is a new phone... I am sure that future updates of iSync will include compatibility with M600i and the P990i

Wrong, and if I am wrong then please post where you heard this. iSync does not support the m600i and currently will not unless Apple or SE makes a client or Agent for it. I haven to to NovaMedia who happens to make the iSync Plugin utility. the m600i only supports syncing over http and nothing else. No SyncML, no syncing over IR, no nothing. Apple and SE let us all down. I have a brand new m600i that I received as a gift from my friends at SE (I do work for them so I luckily get all the new phones for free or reduced price) but it is still sitting in the box unused, waiting for a way to sync it. Till then, it is back to the w810i and the Nokia 9300i (they fixed this by the way, and now SyncML for this).
So, until you see the m600i listed as compatible by Apple or SE, there is no agent for it. Hope this clears up things.

Bud, i dont think that i am wrong, trying to find the artical that mentioned about the m600 and P990 being included in a new update of isync...like always when you are trying to find the article i cant...this is all i was able to find from macrumors.com
"According to AppleInsider and corroborated by a MacRumors source, Apple's upcoming 10.4.7 update to its Mac OS will include, among other things, an updated iSync utility
According to AppleInsider and our source, Build 8J2126 for Intel Macs includes iSync 2.3 (current is 2.2) and includes support for "many additional phones" including Motorola's RAZR v3x."
There is def a website that i found that goes into more detail and mentions P990 and M600 as one of those phones. I am going to dig around..

Currently there is no way to sync an M600 with a Mac.
Many people assumed (me included) that Apple would add support for this phone in the recent iSync 2.3 update, but we were wrong.
This phone uses Symbian OS 9 and UIQ 3.0 for which Apple needs to update iSync so no third-party plug-ins can be developed until Apple adds the relevant code.
I'm quite sure you'll just have to wait for a future iSync update.

As Jools so aptly put it, there is no way to sync the m600i. I know this because I spoke (voice to voice with a human being) that creates iSync Plugins. The problem is that the current version of the m600i does not support SyncML over Bluetooth, over IR, over anything except HTTP which is the very old way of syncing but the new version if iSync 2.3 does not support this. SOOOOOOO the only way to sync with an m600i is via cable and guess what? That leaves Mac users out. So until Apple or SE creates an agent or implements SyncML synchronization is not possible. In iSycn 2.3, Apple implemented SyncML for the Nokia 9300i (Symbian 80) and it works perfectly, but there is no implementation for UIQ 3.0/Symbian OS 9. If you would like me to post the same mail that I sent to Jools so you can see it live and in person, so that you will understand, let me know and I will post it right here. Up until then the upgrade you are talking about: 10.4.7 and iSync 2.3 do not support the m600i, which is mine is still in the box.

Fair enough...
There is an alternative if you want to sync your phone with your computer, but it would cost you, you can sign up with a company like 4smartphone which offer you exchange server. I have been using them for a while and they are a very good. Just a thought

I will actually give the m600i back and get the P990 when it comes out but I am disappointed that it only has 802.11b rather than the "G" standard. But hey, it's free so I can not complain.
