> K800i PIN2?
Bookmark topic
Right, I've been browsing the menus on the K800i and have found an interesting sub-menu under 'Calls' called 'Time & Cost'. In here it appears that it can not only calculate how many minutes you have left on your allowance but also how much each calls costs if you go over.
However whenever I try to set the tariff or credit in this menu it asks me for a Pin2 which I haven't a clue what it is. I've been searching through the manual but it appears to be very thin compared to others I've seen. Any idea as to what this Pin2 is?

You have to get it from your operator, and they may not have it or want to give it to you.
If you have a search on google you might be able to find the default (if any) for you operator, but be careful, get it wrong 3 times and you'll have a blocked sim card, and need a PUK2.

I don't think my papers have a pin2 and I've already tried '0000'. Got one more go left... I've even tried my PUK code too but that doesn't work. Anyone know where to find the pin2?

only the operator has got it. its actually to unblock the pin, if it gets blocked.

I know some of the foreign sim cards I've bought in the past often include documents with the PIN1, PIN2, PUK and PUK2, but I have never received anything like that with a UK sim card. They generally just have a default PIN and you have to call up for your PUK if/when needed. Depends on the operator I suppose.
