I wont bore you with all the details of my complaint as there are topics littered thru out esato with them moaning.
After complained to head office i have been given a full refund on my old cancelled account and half price line rental for duration of my contract (18mnth) with them
£15 pcm - 700 text
300 minutes
Sometimes its worth whinging, and i have a lovely k800 to play with too

10 a month for 12 months 500 texts 400 anytime minutes
after complaining about the way i was being treated, about delays and with the simple threat of canceling 4 contracts
