Has anyone else had trouble installing the software and getting the drivers to update from the sony cd onto pc?
It fails to find when using the install wizard
frustrated here.
Also is it easy to sync the k800i with outlook contacts? never really managed it well with my old 750 and expect similar problems with this one i am afraid

is really annoying that they are so poor with these things. Won't be a problem for me but could be for those with limited internet access

I haven't been able to get my PC to connect to my new memory stick yet. The phone reads it fine, and I can even get it to show up in the SE File Manager, but it doesn't have its own icon in My Computer or anything (K800 in-built memory does), any ideas?
