I dont think thats right thing to say, as a service esato should continue to update there news updates all the time if they have a problem then they should sort it put asap, its not the members responsibility to hunt down news.

well, the previous newswriter was a member who regularly posted news, ganied respect for that and then was appointed official newswriter
there is no reason why
a) the general membership cannot post news OR
b) the next newswriter cannot find his path in the same way as the last
either way its generally been a member driven activity as none of the moderators "work" for Esato and we are really just members too
If I see something interesting I tend to post it and other people tend to do the same, its just not in the same high volumes that it used to be

my understand was esato was a forum. created by one person but every person here creates and contributes to the forum.
i see no reason why all of the memebrs cant report news like massuer say.
these been plenty of news stories since axxxr left boba and whizzkid been 2 who ive noticed have posted many news storys
so the rest of us can do the same if we so wish
