Google Spreadsheets
with google spreadsheets multiple ppl can edit the same spreadsheet over the internet
I think this is AWESOME because the whole thing works just fine!
pals at work and myself are now using the spreadsheets to keep the entire gang updated and we pick up issues as they come, our TL updates the tracker with new issues, and the TL can view what the status is of each issues at one shot.
btw, we just found it yesterday.

It is very very strpped though. If you make lots of formulas to change different areas of the tables dynamically in excel and import the file into google, all the formulas are gone.

It will work on Safari sooner or later.
Google always add support for Safari later than other browsers. They did the same with Google Calendars. The initial release didn't work on Safari, but a few weeks later they quietly updated it.
In the meantime you can use Firefox.
