im using that aswell and i dont see there's a problem to connect both device together
once you install the bluetooth software.. mine was looking like this
and now click on the red ball on the centre to search for another bluetooth device..(make sure your phone bluetooth is turn on)
after that, it will show the phone icon and the name on it .. just like this
double click on the phone icon and you'll get this..
normally for file transfer, i use this option..
and now.. once you click on the file transfer option, your phone should be like this..
click YES and you require to type a passcode for your phone to recognize you pc's bluetooth device.. and it look like this
and type in the same passcode on your pc bluetooth program.. like this.
And Wa~La~! YOUR PHONE ARE CONNECTED!!!
gosh im so boring.. Hope this will help you mate

actually quickshare was true, but if you still having trouble with bluesoleil (like my friend) jus use widcomm bluetooth driver or XTND connect manager, both satisfied all type of bluetooth device*. i guess you could find those driver as they're easy to find. but if u didnt use bluesoleil means different configuration and user interface, be ready....

I've installed widcomm but it says that i don't have the license for the device. And i tried connect (bluesoleil) a w810 earlier and nothing. Some problem. I'm starting to think the the problem is in the pc.
What do u guys think?
thanx

Yeah.. I was thinking about it, and it seems that the problem is in my device. My pc recognize my device and there's no problem in the installation. There's a green light on it that shows that is on..
I'll try to exchange it on the store.
Thanx a lot to all.. you're very helpfull!

are you sure that your phones bluetooth connection settings aren't set to hide device or device not visible or something similar?
If this is the case then it does not matter if bluetooth is activated on the phone or not as the pc won't detect it!
