Hello. I just purchased a K750i a few days and I'm quite liking it already. There is a slight problem concerning the battery though, I tried charging it and it was getting on fine (the charging) but it never said battery full or anything like that. I read the User manual and it said the phone takes approx. 2.5 hours to charge fully so I left it to charge overnight but it was still the same. It said battery 100% but as soon as I plugged out the charger, it immediately changed and said Battery 95%. From what I had heard and read, the batter was supposed to last 4-5 days but it isn't even lasting a day. So what should I do? Contact the company I bought the phone from and ask them to replace the battery for me or is there another way around this?

All replies are graciously thanked.

Try another charger and try the batt in another fone. If u have warranty, visit an se service and u ll get it replaced. Its also possible, that u need a fw upgrade This message was posted from a WAP device

Would charging the phone with the USB cable suffice for the charge it with another charger bit because I've tried doing that and it doesn't work -- or should I try another charger?

About the % dropping to 95 immediately, it happens to me aswell. One second its 100% and the next its 96%.
Try another power source.

Yeah I've a friend who told me that as well, but it's not so much the initial drop in battery that bothers me, it's what happens afterwards. It loses charge by about 5-10% when I, say, listen to a song and climbs up a percent or two when I stop it and consequently the battery is drained after about a day or two.

How long, on average, does the battery last by the way?

It should last up to 2 days in heavy use.

I went to the company that I bought it from, they told me turn the phone off, charge it then use it for a few hours and then again turn it off and charge it, which I did but to no avail - it still drains readily. Damnit!

Sorry for the double post but can a K750i user tell me which battery they have; BST-36 or the BST-37?

Thanks.
