guys i changed the menu layout..i had backed it up...and the media player skin to WMP11...increased the inbox to FFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFF as it has been described to do..and the video quality to the recomended...values...i changed the menu icons and did not change the layout...still 4*3...

MY problem is phone has become slow...still i have only200 msg`s...and the major one is that...sometimes the pictures in the file manager are changed in to a default picture....like the one when u encrypt them with fileprotect software..... a cartoon face.......all the files are changed even the default..sonyericsson animated file......
to correct this probnlem i need to restart the phone....and i dont know which triggers this problem..and also i found that ..whenever this thing happens ...the media player skin also disappears....
please somebody help...i am desperate for help.....i cant even take photo ewhen this thing happens...soon after i click a photo it just quitys...the picture is not saved i9nto the card .......

please guys help me....what shall ido.....
if i am not clear in my problemmm....please do ask me..i will repeat it in a different way.....

The problem is caused by the media player skin
There is no fix to this problem other than not using any media player skins

mufcthereligion can u be sure that these above problems are due to that media skin ???? those pictures in the picture folder changing into a predefined cartoon pictures..????

this seems to be like the 2nd topic of the same title but anyway, previously i was having the problem which is the phone ring was fine .. but the 2nd incoming call ring was just shocked me out! the sound are So TINY!~~ but now everything are solved haha.. just exchange one of the acoustic files from the W900i .. and it never happend again.. cheers~

a problem with far

here i was trying to mod my phone with different menu icons when suddenly far froze and i had to close it using the 'x' at the top right of the window. next thing i know the menu.ml file has disappeared! when i switch on my phone i cant go on to the menu, it says something like configuration error.

i was crapping myself when i remembered i still had a back up of the original menu.ml file, so i tried copying it to tpa/preset/system/menu/. little did i know that it just made these folders (one inside each other) in my documents!

anybody know how to copy the menu.ml file back on to the phone?

i experienced the walkman skin and the camera that quits when i take a picture i removed the mediaskin on my w800 and everything went on fine.
i just envy those who can skin their w800
