hi there does anybody know if its possible to access the internet from a vlive cell phone via laptop...se v800...effectively this should make browsing free on the laptop via cellular phone.vlive settings on phone is blocked and vodacom wont divulge it!!!if u can please explain how with necesary settings.

It's quite convaluted, you'll get the best answer at the prodigits.co.uk forums.... I know free internet via Vlive only works if you've connecting through Opera 8.5 but the guys over at Prodigits should have all the answers for you.

Its easy and automatic with windows XP

other wise

Once you have the modem installed , either way over IR or Bluetooth you need to create a new dial up account using the Modem you installed ...

Control Panel -> Network Connections -> Create new connection - > To the Internet

And set it up manually, Leaving the username and password blank.

ISP: Bluetooth Modem.

The dial up number, ****
