Haven't seen this around as a noted problem. Maybe it's just my PC, if it is point me in the right direction.

Probably worth noting that I have done updates before but I think the interface has changed since. Last one I did was probably about November last year.

Anyway, I've just got a new k750i (old one got stolen, sucks to be me) and I thought I'd update it to the latest firmware. Went over to the SE site and downloaded the file UpdateService_Inst_2.6.4.9.exe (Version 2.2.13.7d apparently) and installed that. All went fine, it updated it's files, connected to the internet and the first screen came up.

Asked me to choose my language, selected English (United Kingdom), all the text showed up fine and then I hit the next page, the one with the flash phones fading between the models. No text whatsoever on the page, just the buttons and the phone. Clicked the top link (checked on an image on the internet and it was yes i think or continue, can't quite remember) and got to the next page but then nothing really happened.

I've stuck some screenshots on at the end just for fun. I'm hoping it's a fairly simple problem. I've tried doing it all with the phone in the USB connection (software already installed) and without it. Same result every time. Tried restarting as well.

It must be your PC. I experienced it once before, then I switched to another PC with 'cleaner' Windows and re-installed anything including SEUS, Macromedia Flash Player, Java run Time Environment, K750 Flash driver and started to update. It worked..Good luck.

Tried re-installing flash. Seems to have worked, won't get a chance to try out the actual update until this evening though.

Thanks for the help,
Ed
